Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal:

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order. During the return process, you will be given the opportunity to select the items you wish to return.

Damage during Transport:

If the package shows obvious signs of damage on the external packaging or on the box at the time of delivery by the courier, please refuse to receive the package or accept it with reservation, reporting the damage directly to the courier. Accepting a damaged package without reporting it to the courier may result in the buyer being held liable for any damage suffered by the product due to transport.

In case of visible damage, it is essential to contact our customer service immediately with clear photographic evidence of the damage to the package before it is opened. Failure to provide photographic documentation may invalidate the right to a refund in the event of damage to the product or products purchased due to transport.

Return Procedure:

After receiving your order, please wait at least 24 hours to allow the update in your personal area. Once you have viewed the update, you can start the return request through your account. The return of goods must take place within 7 days of the communication of the withdrawal.

Return Costs:

All direct costs for returning the goods will be borne by the buyer. Please be sure to arrange and handle the shipment directly through a carrier of your choice to ensure a safe and timely return.

Returned Product Conditions:

To obtain a full refund, returned products must not show signs of damage or wear beyond what is strictly necessary to evaluate their nature and characteristics. Returned products must include all original elements, such as accessories, labels, packaging and instruction manual.

Returns for defects or non-conformity:

If you find a defect or anomaly in the product you received, promptly report the problem within 14 days of its discovery by sending a detailed email to supporto@bottegalab.com . Provide complete order information, a detailed description of the defect and images that demonstrate the problem. Our team will review your report and, if possible, guide you through the procedures to resolve the problem or issue a full refund.

Returns and refunds for customized products:

Custom products, made to your specifications, are not returnable or exchangeable. These products are specifically made to your specifications and cannot be resold.
